How do you ship frozen products to ensure they don't melt?
We ship our frozen Açaí sorbet and packs using insulated liners and dry ice. Our specialized packaging is designed to keep your products frozen for up to 48 hours in transit.
Where does SAMBAZON source its Açaí?
Our Açaí is responsibly wild-harvested from the Brazilian Amazon. We are proud to be Fair Trade and Organic certified, ensuring we protect the rainforest and support local communities.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our online store ships exclusively within the continental United States. However, SAMBAZON products are available in retail stores globally, including Canada, the UK, and Japan.
Are SAMBAZON products vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, the majority of our products, including our Açaí Pure Puree and Sorbet, are naturally vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO project verified.
